On behalf of the Community Association and the three Condominium Associations, we are glad you're here! If you have any questions about the resort and its amenities, please visit the Resort Office near the pool where our knowledgable staff can assist you. We are always looking for input and assistance in making Cape Haze a superior place to live and play. Long-term renters are encouraged to reach out to the members of their condominium and community association boards to find opportunities to participate on committees and other Resort activities.
Enjoyment of the Resort requires that all those living at Cape Haze follow the Rules and Regulations. A revision to Rules and Regulations was adopted in November 2018 and rules and regulations are immediately effective. Please click below to review or download a copy.
If you are having specific problems with your unit, please check first with your rental agent or owner before asking our Management Staff to assist you.
All renters must check in at the Resort Office when you arrive. The owner or agent from whom you rented the property is required to have notified our Property Management of your rental 10 days prior to your arrival. Checking in at the Resort Office helps management keep track of occupants in case of emergencies and permits management to verify the information required to be provided when you signed your lease or rental agreement. When you check in, you will be given a parking pass for open area parking if neither a carport nor a garage is part of your rental agreement. Only one pass is issued per unit.
